Cameron Winery -- sustainably farmed, non-irrigated, Oregon pinot noir and chardonnay

This brilliant Chardonnay has a complex nose of caramel, baked pear, marshmallow, candied lemon, tangerine zest, cinnamon, schist minerals, marjoram and tarragon.  On the palate, its bright acidity emphasizes the high tones of the wine.  Flavors of Tart Tatin,  graham crackers, coriander, cinnamon and sage round out the palate.  A flavor profile of Puligny and texture from Chablis, c’est un délice!
