The 2013 Abbey Ridge Chardonnay emanates from vines that have been growing for nearly 40 years in one of the highest-elevation vineyards in the Dundee Hills.   Playful aromas of quince, lemon grass and Ananas Reinette apple fill the nose. Its richly textured palate offers mouth-watering acidity and mineral nuances. After sipping a glass, you will sing paeans in praise of chardonnay while you lazily traverse the backroads of Yamhill County on a Dutch bike with a picnic basket affixed to its front.
