2012 Willamette Valley Pinot noir

Our first Pinot noir release from the 2012 vintage, the Willamette Valley Pinot noir is Cameron’s “wine for the people”.  Even though it could successfully compete with many of the more expensive Pinot noirs in the marketplace, we are adamant about providing a first class wine that most people can afford.  Emanating mostly from Lemmelson Vineyard near Carlton,  this year we added some select barrels from Laurel Hood Vineyard in the Chehalem Mountain AVA, and of course a bit of Abbey Ridge and Arley’s Leap.

Aromas of dark cherry, grenadine, pomegranate, black licorice, sandalwood and cedar are followed beautifully in a palate resplendent with bright acidity.  Enjoy!
