Cameron Winery 2014 Saignée of Pinot noir
Aromas of rhubarb and fennel give way to ripe strawberries in the round and luscious mouth. The palate finishes with soft tannins and moderate acidity. A perfect accompaniment to Pecorino, Saint-Aubert or a triple cream blue cheese…which we happened to be tasting the last time we opened a bottle.
