2010 Giovanni Pinot Bianco

This is our first bottling from the very challenging 2010 vintage and it seems to indicate that, though lacking in quantity, the quality may be superb. Fermented in stainless-steel with 3 different yeast strains while avoiding malo-lactic fermentation, the 2010 Giovanni is infused with floral tones of rosemary and tarragon, hints of moscato and the ever present aromas of freshly sliced apples. But the most surprising thing about this wine is its amazing texture and long lingering finish. At the suggested retail price of $14, get it while it lasts. Only 300 cases produced.
